Looking for a property cleaner and manager who can come by and make sure my house is spotless inside and out every single week. You’ll be looking after the outside - lawns - weeding - removal of cobwebs - watering and maintaining garden - high presssure hosing driveway - cleaning windows (two stories) - cleaning pool / balancing ph And the inside. All tasks are inside of a checklist for you to complete. Some tasks can be done weekly, others every two weeks. I want someone quick and efficient, if you have two people and can get it done twice as fast, even better - I’m not looking for you to hang out at my place for 10 hours as that cramps my style. You must have your own equipment. I can supply cleaning supplies. And lastly you must communicate well.
