John's workmanship is second to none, I have never seen our yard and garden so neat and tidy! So happy with his work that I asked him to stay on to do another 5 hours work. I had used Fred before previously to help move a cabinet. On that occasion, he was pleasant, and timely. This occasion was very different. Fred did not turn up on the day/time that was organised. I had to check if he was coming, as I received no communication from him. He then said he would attend the next day, and when I got home, there was so much mess everywhere. Specifically requested edging was not completed, grass everywhere from the mower and whipper snipper that was not raked up. A really awful job. When I communicated my concern about this to Fred (with photos) he became very angry and rude, saying my yard was full of dog excrement (I'd made sure I'd gone around the day prior to the booking to clean it all up), and that it was 'game on'. I had to involve airtasker support to reduce the amount paid so it was on par with the job delivered. I'm unsure why Fred did this, and why he was so rude in this occasion, but I'll be steering clear of his services from this point forward.
