No longer working. We have 2 of the same controller (2nd from warranty replacement). LCD still works, power on by main switch only. Some buttons are inconsistent depending on the context. However, "OK" and "Power on/off" buttons no longer work. The chair is useless without this controller.

I say 3 and a half because one is almost assembled I just got stuck on the step where you need to drill screws through the frame to connect the seat back and base. I have all items needed for assembly. Please BYO drill and some extra screws (just in case).

Fix fault to chair. Works better in air mode . Cuts out More so in mechanical. I have tried new fuse . Could be easy fix. I'm happy to pay fair price as l like the chair . I work Monday to Friday home about 4 . 30 have some days free over Easter.
