My Samsung SR469MLS fridge has stopped working since the past week. The freezer is working. I can hear the compressor working. It has a no frost freezer. It could a clogged water drain or vents or something else.

I AM THE OWNER OF A SIMPSON SINGLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR / FREEZER THAT I PURCHASED AROUND 2008. OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS, I FEEL PARTICULARLY THE REFRIGERATOR SECTION IS NOT MAINTAINING THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE ( SOME FOODS, LIQUIDS ARE NOT COOL TO THE TOUCH). THE TEMPERATURE READING FOR THE FREEZER IS -18 AND THE TEMPERATURE READING FOR THE FRIDGE IS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 5 AND 10. THE SEALS APPEAR TO BE IN ORDER AND I HAVE NOT NOTICED ANY WATER POOLING ON FLOOR I AM AWARE THAT RE GASSING MAYBE REQUIRED OR FAN / THERMOSTAT MAY NEED REPLACEMENT.OBVIOUSLY, THE FIRST PLACE TO START IS FOR A SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO EXAMINE THE UNIT. FURTHERMORE, IS THERE A CALLOUT CHARGE, IF SO HOW MUCH IS SAID CHARGE?. IS ANY CALLOUT CHARGE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REPAIR WORK COSTS?

Freezer no longer holding cold (items turning soft), and top shelf of fridge (below freezer) getting condensation and ice. 10 year old Samsung fridge/freezer. Resealing +/- other repair. Budget listed is if more than resealing required.

When the fridge is running off the deep cycle battery alone, the compressor will kick on weakly, draw battery to 10v and not cool down. It will repeat the process and the compressor will switch off and repeat. Not a battery issue as ive tried it on multiple new batteries. The fridge cut off is 10v, hence draining to 10v to cause cut off. The compressor used is Secop BD35F compressor (formerly Danfoss) I'm looking to have this repaired if you have the knowledge and availability. Thank you

Electrolux fridge freezer, 10 years old freezer unit is top, icy crystals inside around freezer inside door and the freezer wall feels wet, I’ve turned off for 24 hours and cleaned gaskets ( they look fine) smeared Vaseline around the gasket, it’s improved but not fixed.
