Lift and remove floor tiles glued to concrete. Lounge, Dining, kitchen and hallway in small house. Roughly 40 square meters. Floor to be cleaned and tiles removed. Kitchen is sitting on tiles and tiles will need to be removed carefully without damaging the kitchen. Hi there We have been getting quotes for some hybrid flooring in our newly renovated downstairs, and been told that we need to sort out any non-level areas before the flooring can go down. There is one particular area near the front door where the builder did not adequately fill where the driveway into the carport was. This is the primary area of concern, but if you notice any other areas when on site, we are happy to hear your recommendations on that. I have a small patch of carpet that has been wet from the ensuite shower leaking out onto it on the weekend and it now smells bad. In the photo shown the white area is what needs to be cleaned, I have tried home methods, vinegar/baking soda etc to mask smell and they haven’t worked.

I am looking for an experienced person to lay approx 58sqm of vinyl or laminate flooring for a yoga studio. There are currently carpet tiles on the floor so I was hoping to get your advice on whether it is ok to install floating or click flooring over the tiles, or if it is better to lift the tiles and put down the sticky vinyl planks. It will need someone experienced doing this please as I need your advice and guidance on what to do for the best. I do not want to have to buy expensive planks. The ones I have been looking at are approx 1700 in bunnings. Thanks for your help in advance :)
