My puppy has chewed up the skirting boards, and stair case hand railings that will need to be replaced and then also looks like an easy fix I just don’t know how to do it - the 2nd shower head holder is broken.

My puppy chewed the skirting board in our apartment and we want to get it fixed asap - photo stretched. We also have a few paint chips in the wall we are hoping to get fixed at the same time

I have two small areas that need repairing in my rental: 1. Skirting board: Small chip/dent in the white painted skirting board. Needs to be filled, lightly sanded and touch-up painted so it blends with the existing finish. 2. Timber floor: Small area of chipped wood. I already have the appropriate wood filler and matching colour/touch-up product, so these can be used for the repair. I just need someone experienced to apply it neatly, smooth it and colour-match/blend it into the existing floor. Please leave both repairs as neat and inconspicuous as possible, as this is a rental property. Photos attached.

Skirting was replaced after installing new hybrid flooring. Just needs caulk/silicone top and bottom. Already have six tubes of silicone but will probably need more. Approx 40 metres of skirting.

Hello, We are looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to repair water-damaged timber skirting board and the lower section of a timber door frame/jamb. The original water leak has already been repaired, so there is no ongoing water issue. As shown in the photos, there is some deterioration/rot and damage to the timber around the bottom of the door frame and adjacent skirting board. We are looking for someone to: • Assess the extent of the damaged timber • Remove any damaged/rotted sections as required • Repair or replace the affected timber/skirting • Ensure the repaired area is solid, neat and properly finished • Sand, fill and prepare the area for painting • Repaint the repaired sections so they blend in with the existing door frame/skirting We are after a quality, neat finish, as this is inside our home and we are preparing the property for sale. Timing: We need the job completed by Wednesday 26th August. We work from home most days, so there is some flexibility around the day/time and we can generally provide access during business hours. It is bowing outwards into the walkway, creating a distinct trip hazard for our staff and patients. The Job: The task is to re-secure the skirting board flat against the wall.
