I need 4 skirting boards replaced due to dog chew marks

Hi there, my partner and I require handyperson to do some sanding and clean up. We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and are repainting our home. We need help removing the layer of enamel based paint on our skirting boards, door frames, doors, and cupboards. We will require the following sanded: Downstairs - 3 doors and doorframes - 2 cupboards including doors (one may require sanding internally) - 4 window frames - all skirting boards including living area, laundry, toilet - part of the stairs and stair post Upstairs - 6 door and doorframes - 3 cupboard trims - 5 window frames - all skirting boards including landing and 3 bedrooms We are hoping to find someone to do this sanding for us and vacuum the dust up afterwards, to leave it ready for my partner and I to prime & paint. We are flexible with date and time :)

Hi all I had a one bedroom apartment in Surfers Paradise that needs hybrid flooring and skirting boards installed. https://www.onlineflooringstore.com.au/product/eclipse-valhalla-hybrid-baldur/ - this is the flooring that I have purchased. I need the flooring installed in a kitchen, living area and bedroom. I think this is about 48sqm. Given that it is hybrid flooring we also need skirting boards installed. I'm after someone that can do this as well. The apartment is in an apartment complex on level 12 with loft access. There is also a car park in the basement that can be used. I don't have an exact date yet for this to be done, but I expect it to be around the first half of February 2026. Currently there is carpet, I have not yet removed this. If this is something you could do let me know, otherwise I can arrange for it to be done prior. Make an offer Looking to replace skirting boards in two bedrooms and hallway. Job is to carefully remove existing skirting and replace with new skirting required. I have purchased new skirting but it will need to be cut to fit the required areas. Looking for a professional finish so it’s all cut neatly and lined up etc. would love this done asap

I need a small hole in an internal wall repaired. The hole is located just above the skirting board (see photo). The job will involve: • Filling and repairing the hole • Making the surface smooth and flush with the wall • Repainting the repaired area to match the existing wall colour (or colour-match as closely as possible)

Install pre primed skirting board to an apartment where the flooring has just been replaced with engineered timber. unsure of what this cost should be so please ignore budget!

We had some skirting board installed, it was very poorly done. We need it ripped out and new installed. Not whole house it is only hallways. Quote for labour only, need to measure and go to Bunnings to find the correct skirting.

ON HOLD. Skirting board has been ordered. Should be in stock next week. About 1.7m of skirting board to be removed. Then replace with 1.8m piece. Mitre ends, install and caulk (as required). I will provide skirting board. If you can handle the other items (glue, caulk, tools)

Fit 63 meters of skirting board - must be experienced need to cut edges and match corners - I will provide material just need the labour. 2 bed apartment- fit living room, 2 beds.

We require 11 linear metres of skirting boards to be installed. Materials are onsite ready for install. We’ve had new built in cupboards installed and now need skirts to be done to incase the built in cupboards.
