Hi all I had a one bedroom apartment in Surfers Paradise that needs hybrid flooring and skirting boards installed. https://www.onlineflooringstore.com.au/product/eclipse-valhalla-hybrid-baldur/ - this is the flooring that I have purchased. I need the flooring installed in a kitchen, living area and bedroom. I think this is about 48sqm. Given that it is hybrid flooring we also need skirting boards installed. I'm after someone that can do this as well. The apartment is in an apartment complex on level 12 with loft access. There is also a car park in the basement that can be used. I don't have an exact date yet for this to be done, but I expect it to be around the first half of February 2026. Currently there is carpet, I have not yet removed this. If this is something you could do let me know, otherwise I can arrange for it to be done prior. I’m looking for an experienced installer to fit 2 vertical honeycomb blinds in the Gold Coast region. A sales representative will be present on-site to speak with the customer and provide guidance as needed. Details: Installation of 2 vertical honeycomb blinds Installer must be able to cut out skirting boards neatly where required. Installer may require wall plugs or wall mates, depending on the wall type Must bring all tools needed (drill, screwdriver, saw/multitool for skirting board, etc.) Installer must send clear photos of the completed work before the task is finalised

Approx 50m of Base boards to be caulked (bottom to floor) Top to wall has been done.
