Need ceiling skirting board redone/ ikea pax fixed to wall

I have a 2 bedroom unit (2 bedrooms, dining room, lounge, laundry, foyer) I would like to remove all the dated scotia from and replace with a simple skirting board before I repaint. I’m not sure on price so I’m very happy to hear from people who actually know! Attached similar floor plan.
