I have 2 sections of my internal walls which need to be repaired. One section needs new framing, installation of plasterboard and skirting board. The other just needs installation of skirting board. I have purchased plasterboard, skirting and timber required.

4 x 5m room approx skirting install will be supplied. Half needs to also be taken off as the new skirting is higher.

Replace skirting board. 4 metres of existing skirting board to be replaced. 1 metres of new skirting board supplied. Scrape back, fill and seal 3 square metres of wall. Filler and paint supplied.

We have a small hole under our skirting board where a mouse was getting in, I’ve filled it with steel wool but would like it completely sealed off and smoothed over so I can paint over it and it looks finished.

We have 3 x TVs to mount onto the walls. We have 6 x picture hooks to secure in studs We have 1 skirting board to remove so we can fit our fridge in the available space.

We had a water leak in our bathroom wall that was discovered and repaired after a bathroom renovation in November 2023. Skirting board along the wall has warped/developed damaged as wall has dried out. This needs to be replaced. Small linen cupboard at end of the wall has plaster damage to bottom shelf and floor has been damaged since we moved in - area also has a musty smell. Suspect also associated with the bathroom leak. Would like to repair this cupboard and also add a floor cover board. Few losses of plaster/paint in the hall area from hanging pictures incorrectly that need to be patched up. Bifold door has lost its roller/hinge and this needs to be repaired also.

Wooden skirting board (silver colour) below integrated dishwasher is blocking removal for repair. The wood needs to allow room for dishwasher to be repaired.

Need to fix sunken toilet tiles and skirting board outside bathroom. I need a quote to fix the sunken area only and not the entire bathroom. We are considering renovating in a year or so, so we just need to fix this to look decent at this stage.

I need the gaps filled in the bottom Of our skirting board please, I don’t want the floor to be damaged, someone who has done this before and is experienced.
