I have one very small burn mark (approximately 10–15 mm) on a timber-look floorboard. Looking for someone experienced in cosmetic timber/laminate/hybrid floor repairs to remove/fill the damaged area, professionally colour-match the existing flooring and recreate the grain/finish so the repair is as unnoticeable as possible. Spot repair preferred — I do not want the entire floor sanded or a board replaced unless absolutely necessary. My bedroom existing hybrid laminate flooring has numerous damaged floor boards that need replacing. The skirting boards on three walls can be taken off the wall to allow access to the boards. I want to swap out the damaged boards with the new boards. Some of the new laminate boards will require cutting with circular saw to ensure straight edges and neat finish. Preferably an installer with approved licence for carpenter or similar. Room size 5m x 6m. I will supply the new hybrid floor boards. Note: I’m still waiting for the boards to arrive from stockist.

Remove old laminate, level floor and install new laminate floor and dispose of old flooring. 3 rooms - 3.6 x3.6m, 3.6 x3.7m and 3.4x3.6m so around 38.52 m² total. I need to have a room flooring done with wood planks laminate in a 3 x 3.4 metre room. Possibly the original door shaved on the bottom as this flooring is slightly higher than the previous flooring and will not allow the door to close.

Install around 90square meter laminate flooring and 24 stairs in a townhouse Marsfield. The floor and stairs are concrete. Levelling on the old cement floor (excluding stairs) has been completed. Stairs wall to wall type, less than 1 meters. Most stairs are good. Some may need to level with glue. Time: do it ASAP, ideally this Thursday. Budget: $20 per square x actual area (not including buffer wastage), $50 (including glue) x 24 squares. You can buy L shape/Ushape accessories from YinFeng or your source, or underlay (5 star), only if price reasonable, I will reimburse you. Or I provide these.
