Hi all, I am a landlord looking for a repair to a section of laminate (I think) flooring in a hallway/dining transition (approx. 3m x 3m area). ​The Issue: The floor is "popping up" (buckling) in the center, which I believe has caused the skirting to come off the walls. ​Scope of Work: ​- Looking for someone to diagnose the problem and supply tools/materials required to complete repairs. ​Access: Property will be completely empty from Jan 5th. Happy to organise a site visit to confirm repairs required/quote. Thank you.

I have a water damaged floor caused by a dehumidifier with non functioning overflow protection, I likely need a couple of the laminate floorboards replaced.

I have a 1960s unit with floating laminate floors (around 35sqm) which I would like to remove. I then need the floored prepped / levelled for new flooring (no installation needed) there feels like some of the subfloor boards might need replacing, so I'm imagining half day for removal with myself and 1 other (I will then clean up and I can go get any materials needed for prep) then the next day prepping the floors to be ready for new flooring (installation not required) Looking for a helpful floor layer who would like a weekend cash job :)

Laminate floor is not flat in certain section due to poor installation. Requires repair. Repair has been attempted previously, improvement was achieved but it remains unresolved. I have spare floor panels. It's a floating floor, easy to remove.
