We have 6-7 floorboards that are damaged and sponge-y when walked on that we'd like replaced and polished. Understand that they won't be able to perfectly match the other floorboards unless we sand and polish the entire floor but happy for them not to match perfectly, just don't want broken floorboards in our house anymore :) - Due date: Flexible

We're currently removing parquetry floorboards in our kitchen. We are unable to continue until we cut the floorboards around the edges of the kitchen (The kitchen is built on top of the floorboards). We are moving out of our rental and when we pulled up the lounge room rug, the underlay was adhered to the hardwood floors.
