Hi all I had a one bedroom apartment in Surfers Paradise that needs hybrid flooring and skirting boards installed. https://www.onlineflooringstore.com.au/product/eclipse-valhalla-hybrid-baldur/ - this is the flooring that I have purchased. I need the flooring installed in a kitchen, living area and bedroom. I think this is about 48sqm. Given that it is hybrid flooring we also need skirting boards installed. I'm after someone that can do this as well. The apartment is in an apartment complex on level 12 with loft access. There is also a car park in the basement that can be used. I don't have an exact date yet for this to be done, but I expect it to be around the first half of February 2026. Currently there is carpet, I have not yet removed this. If this is something you could do let me know, otherwise I can arrange for it to be done prior. I am unsure of the price, so please let me know what you think and of course a site inspection will likely be needed. If your interested please let me know and we can arrange a site inspection.
