I need a few boards replaced. Here and there, where the nails are coming out, I need some decking screws inserted. The boards do not have to be painted . I will repaint the entire deck myself. I can possibly get the timber too.

I need the flooring installed in a kitchen, living area and bedroom. I think this is about 48sqm. Given that it is hybrid flooring we also need skirting boards installed. I'm after someone that can do this as well. The apartment is in an apartment complex on level 12 with loft access. There is also a car park in the basement that can be used. I don't have an exact date yet for this to be done, but I expect it to be around the first half of February 2026. Currently there is carpet, I have not yet removed this. If this is something you could do let me know, otherwise I can arrange for it to be done prior.
