We have 2 bedrooms (roughly 3m x 3m) which require skirting boards installing. We have the required skirts. Walls are concrete. We have no tools to provide for cutting. Photos attached. One room has one door. Second room will have wardrobes in place where marked X on picture (skirting to run up to that wardrobe), and Has two doors.

Level floor in one room about 8.7 sqm 225x380cm I don’t believe it needs floor compound, just wood and panels of it I will be putting floorboards on top

$250 day job. Need someone to help me pull up staples from the floorboards to prepare the place for sanding and polishing. Cheers.

For a flooring specialist with moisture detection equipment to help determine just how many boards to replace. Labour only – I'll then source the boards myself. So probably a second visit for the actual installation, with the underlay confirmed dry.

I need to take out a few floating floorboards in kitchen to be able to then remove an old dishwasher. New or existing floorboards to be put back in place, and then level the floor where a new dishwasher will later go in. We have the floorboards, will need some timber for the leveling task.
