Two rooms plus a hallway. Sanding back very orange floorboards plus polish - preferably matte. Rooms are different timbers so I know they won't look the same. Some help to move furniture also required.

I need to remove carpet, sand floorboards and varnish floorboard of an area roughly 6mx6m

I have approx 35 square metres of floorboards that need sanding back to bare timber. I don’t need them refinished as we will do that.

Remove existing damaged floorboards - water damaged ones by balcony door (general wear and tear mainly) I have a spare pack of the original floorboards to use as replacements. Of course they will need to be cut to size. Use whole pack to repair as much as you can. May require a little bit of new underlay at the edges of the floorboard as it sinks a little when you step on it. I've thrown in a budget of $100, but I'm flexible. Let me know. The job is just an interim measure as I will be replace the whole floor in a year or so.

I’ve ripped up the carpet over the floorboards but I want help trimming the carpet at the bedroom door and installing a transition strip between the carpet and floorboards.
