Looking for someone with flooring experience to perform quick cosmetic repair on a small section of laminate flooring to get it ready for sale. ​Due to an old air-con leak (now fixed and dry), about 8 laminate tiles/planks came up and suffered some cupping. ​Need someone to use their expertise to put down adhesive/secure the affected boards back into place so they are stable and look neat enough for sale, and filll any gaps along the side baseboards. ​Please note: This is a localised cosmetic fix just to tidy up the area for selling, not a full replacement. No spare boards.

I’m looking for an experienced timber floor sanding/polishing or timber repair specialist to review detailed photos of a timber staircase and provide an indicative quote for the repairs required. There are 16 timber stairs in total. I will provide photos showing the current condition and marks/scratching on the individual treads. I understand that an exact assessment may require physical inspection, so the quotation can clearly state that it is indicative and based solely on the photographs provided. I am looking for your independent professional opinion on what work you would recommend if you were engaged to repair the staircase in its current condition. No physical repair work is required at this stage. Please respond if you have relevant experience with timber floor sanding, polishing, restoration or timber stair repairs.

The floor in an upstairs bedroom squeaks when stepped on. It has carpet.
