Need help to apply hard glue to some floating floor area in kitchen. I have the floating floor just need to glue them again as we had water leakage in kitchen

Washing machine leakage leading to the pooling of water over floating floors in kitchen area. This has caused swelling below the tiles. Some tiles have been pulled up for inspection (see photos attached to the job). The task is to rectify the swelling, re-lay the floating floor tiles and skirting boards.
