Floating flooring (Hybrid) laid on top of bamboo flooring has lifted cracking two boards. We have spare boards to replace them, but want to ensure the flooring underneath does not lift again (or if there is any other issues under the boards).

We have a room and half that need floorboard installation. We will already have the existing carpet removed, all old underlay removed, the floors cleaned, any trimming that needs removing etc . it will be ready to lay. I already have the new underlay, brand new floating floorboards and new trims. We are looking for the most affordable option to have these floorboards installed. in total from my calculations it comes to roughly 35 square meters

Strata need the builder to provide the builders licence, an acoustic report on the underlay being used because there is an apartment above and below us. Unless you can provide all this information with your quote we cannot proceed with strata. We need to submit all documents for their consideration.
