Showroom floating floor is sagging in sections and needs reinforcing

Lots of scratches and scuffs on the floor and I am looking if it is worth sanding and polishing to remove them and make the floor last longer, or whether I get other flooring. We have a small section of engineered timber flooring that needs to be lifted and replaced. The subfloor beneath the affected area appears to have dropped, leaving a gap under the boards. We believe the substrate will need to be inspected and re-levelled before the flooring is reinstalled. Seeking an experienced flooring contractor to assess and quote on the repair.

The unit is 44m² in total and I’ve already laid roughly 10m², so there’s about 34m² left to go. It’s 8mm water resistant laminate (Tasmanian Oak) being installed as a floating floor over the existing timber floorboards. The remaining areas are the living/dining, kitchen and hallway. All the flooring material has already been purchased and is sitting in the middle of the unit, so there’s nothing to source, quote or pick up. All the doors have also already been trimmed down to accommodate the new floor height. There’s minimal furniture and anything in the way will be relocated before work starts. The rooms are simple and mostly rectangular. The only fiddly area in the whole job is one small linen press. Scotia and door thresholds to be fitted as part of the job, and I’d ask that offcuts and packaging are stacked in one spot for me to dispose of afterwards. You’ll need your own tools (drop saw or multi-tool, tapping block, pull bar and spacers). Feel free to ask me any questions

Floating floor boards lifting up. I think they don’t leave enough room for expansion. In front of bedroom door, stopping door from closing. Just need to adjust so they lie flat. Cost to include materials and labour.

Looking for a quote to replace approximately 5–6 damaged hybrid floating floorboards in an apartment. Replacement boards are already on site and match the existing flooring. The current boards were previously replaced using the wrong thickness (7.5mm instead of 6.5mm), resulting in a noticeable lip between boards.
