Remove an oil stain from concrete floor in my garage

I am looking for a skilled and experienced professional to level an internal concrete floor in my home. This is preparation work for installing luxury vinyl plank flooring, so the finish must meet the required tolerances. Details: • Internal residential concrete slab (living areas & one bedroom). • Must be experienced in internal levelling, self-levelling compounds, and preparation for flooring. • Work involves ensuring the slab is within tolerance for vinyl plank installation (±3mm over 3m). • You must have your own tools, levelling equipment, and the ability to manage dust/cleanliness indoors.

Needing someone to come and remove/rip up vinyl planks from concrete floor underneath due to receiving new flooring on the 17th July. Approx. 40sqm needs to be removed

We are wanting someone to grind and seal the concrete underneath our carpet squares so it's presentable/usable as the living room flooring. We will remove the carpet squares in advance. Open to suggestions on more budget friendly or effective ways to treat the concrete to make it look good. After an industrial grey-look, not shiny/polished. After some fair quotes on the job, hopefully from people who've done similar jobs previously.

Lay 25sqm flooring onto concrete floor in shed. I have underlay and flooring onsite. The shed is 36sqm in area however I do not want the entire shed floor to be tongue in groove so someone who knows how to secure the installed flooring so that it won't slip out of place
