Hi, I’m looking for a quote for subfloor preparation, specifically concrete grinding and floor levelling. I’ve removed the existing floor tiles in my kitchen, laundry & toilet but the concrete slab is uneven and still has some tile adhesive/residue. I need the surface ground back, high spots removed, and the floor levelled where required so it is smooth and ready for either hybrid flooring or tiles. (The kitchen tiles shown in the photo have already been removed) Laundry : 1820x2040 Toilet: 1480x800 Kitchen: not measured.
