I need my fence repaired. It's in between mine and another unit. Looking for cheap temporary fix to straighten and increase structural integrity until can be replaced.

I have a front fence which is approximately 15 years old, made from merbau wood. I need somebody to temporarily remove a section of that fence so that we can access our yard in order to move some things. I attempted to do this myself, but the bolts are most likely rusty and very difficult to remove! I managed to remove one bolt before I realised I neither have the patience nor the right tools for the job required. As a result, I would like assistance from somebody who preferrably has experience in fencing, building or carpentry and is able to dismantle a section of our fence and who has tools to remove stubborn, rusty old bolts.There is a post in the middle which is fixed and will also need removal. I have supplied photos of the section of the fence that I would like dismantled, the length of that section, the bolts that hold it together and where they are located on the fence Ideally, I would like the job to be completed this Friday the 16th, but I may be able to negotiate an earlier time/day if possible.

Hi there, I need someone to supply and install a pin lock or pad bolt on my outdoor gate at my home in Seaford (3198). The goal is to make the gate secure but still easy to open/close. Currently it can’t be opened from the outside and we want access to it from the outside/front of house. Hi. I have 2 verandah posts that need to be replaced due to some wood rot at the bottom. The replacements will need to match the other posts there including painting (paint provided) and beveled edges. Posts are cut in at the top to hold verandah structure and set in stirrups at the bottom. I believe posts are 100x100 and about 2.2m high. Will confirm measurements asap.

We need to add timber lattice top of existing fence for neighbour's privacy. We need to do for 12m total.
