Hi there! My name is Navi and I'm a homeowner in Paddington. I'm looking for a service to install a 2.4 high, 5m wide timber fence between ourselves and our neighbors. We agreed upon the following- On the Neighbor side, it should have a pool safe railing and wedge Restraint / Tilt batten On our side- Lapped design! Please ONLY quote us if you've installed fences before with pool safety measures I'm also looking for someone to demolish the old fence. There are concrete footings that will need to be removed and taken away as well. You'll need a jackhammer for that. Please let me know when you quote if this includes this task or not. Note: demolish and building won't be on the same day as a tree needs to be removed between the two jobs (by someone else).

The gate itself is fine, but won’t close because the post holding it up is rotten. Need 1 new hardwood post installed with cement and existing gate to be fixed to it with new hinges. Also, would like the viewing window on the gate to be covered with plywood on one side so our dogs can’t see out. If you can install a simple gate latch that would be great too.
