Need help to run lengths of 3mm metal wire between star-pickets in my backyard. I’m creating a privacy screen with vines and need a structure to allow the vines to grow on, I have installed the star-pickets I just need help with the wire guidelines. I may need help and advice on what material / hardware to use (end caps, turn buckles etc.)

See photos: the left post of the garden gate had rotten or broken at the root. Some steel support had been used to hold it. The garden door cannot be closed properly. I need the post to be replaced and concreted in. You must set the angle of the post properly so that the gate can be closed properly. The post is 12 X 12 cm, 190 cm above ground.
