3 posts need to be straightened to stop sagging. They are in good condition. Part of one top rail needs laminating for support but is hardwood like posts. A few nails may be needed in the facade to finish up. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to cut the shrubs grown on the fence and fill it in the bin and clean the area. Someone who has proper tools as its on the fence.

A section of paling fence (approx 6-10 feet) needs to be replaced as it has burnt down due to stupidity on my part. Apparently it is important not to put coals from the wood heater in the garden unless they are cold. Who knew!!! The fence is a standard border fence between houses.

Gate at end of carport to be stripped of old timber pailings and re-clad with new timber before it is re-hung and intact fence panel reinstalled. Easy job for handyman or fencer with spare time. Agreed price to be inclusive of timber. Gate hardware supplied.

Back wooden fence has a lean, fence is in good condition but needs repairing/straightening. Side wooden fence 11.7 metres long is rotting & needs replacing with boards both sides. Quote required for neighbour’s approval and payment. Works to be completed ASAP.
