Details: • Total fence length approx 13m • plus 3m driveway gate (double gates that open in the middle, not sliding and not automatic at this stage) • Pedestrian gate recessed into the fence line • Fence to be unpainted timber • We would like the fence to look very similar to our neighbour’s fence (photos provided) Site notes: • Property is on a slope, so the fence will need to be stepped to follow the hill • There is a large tree on the fence line, so posts will need to be installed either side of the tree Timing: • Ideally looking for someone who can complete this soon Potential extra work: • Also looking to build a small timber deck (approx 2.5m x 2.5m) with stairs at the entrance to the home, so there may be additional work available if interested. Looking for supply and install of a single gate in the side passage of our property in Wollert. The passage runs between the house brick wall and the timber boundary fence on the south side. Gate specifications: ∙ Width: approx 900mm (passage width — please confirm on site) ∙ Height: 1.8m to match existing timber boundary fence ∙ Material: Aluminium or Colorbond steel preferred. No timber — needs to handle heavy wind without warping, rotting or rattling. Open to suggestions on best material for this location. ∙ Style: Flat panel or slat style, no gaps preferred for privacy and wind resistance. Solid panel will cop less wind stress than an open slat design. ∙ Colour: Something that works alongside red brick house and timber fence — charcoal, monument or woodland grey would suit. ∙ Hardware: Heavy-duty self-closing hinges rated for wind, D-handle with key lock both sides. I need a handy person who will remove bamboo screening which is installed on a steel frame as well as the bamboo screening which makes up a gate. I want it replaced with a product called Ecodeck. This will be screwed on to the steel frame which already exists and also to install this product for a gate. All up you will be installing around 9 metres of purchased product in ready heights on to the steel frames and cutting a hole for the gate opening. I will attach the pictures below.
