I am looking to put up Colorbond fencing around parts of my boundary (the backyard so that I can keep my pets there). You will be able to pop by my property in Fishing Point anytime from the 28th Sept to the 1st of Oct to assess this in person. The fence we are wanting erected is the same as what we have on the left boundary on the property as pictured and also highlighted in green on the planning view of my property - it's 1750mm tall on the one side connecting to the existing fence, and we'll want a shorter 1500mm on the back boundary given it sits on higher land. The length is 15.7m on the left side and runs 25m across the back of yard and another 10-15m on the right side until it meets the end of the timber retaining wall that is already in place. In total, for the sections highlighted in red, we are looking at about 50-55m of Colorbond fencing. Colorbond will be green to match what is already there and height is 1500mm for the back and right side with 1750mm on the left side to match the existing colorbond as pictured. On the mapped view, I've highlighted the section in red where we will need the colourbond fencing. I would also like a suggestion on the blue sections that would close off the backyard from the sides of the house. I don't want Colorbond there as it will block the views and am considering further works like some decking with glass balustrade.
