Posts are installed and set. All timber has been purchased and is ready to go on site. Looking at a dividing fence just need boards and plinths etc installed over the weekend. 9metres in length overall. At the front of a property.

Current paling Fence is being held up by the clothesline. It needs repair or replacing. Insurance required as the invoice will be paid by Owners Corporation. The full length of the fence is 52m, but only part is falling over. Not sure if replacement or repair is the better option. Paling height 1950mm.

Install 4 fence extensions to paling fence. Fence length just under 6m. Extensions are onsite and ready. See photo of extensions and size. As an additional separate job, I’m additionally looking to remove existing fence extension on other fence and installing the same matching extension, however that fence is shorter and I would like an even horizontal level once installed so probably requires inspection when completing this job to discuss how it’s possible and arrange separately.

We had a gate repairer out who confirmed the reciever needs replacing, however quoted an astronomical amount plus a secondary call out fee. After a gate repairer who can do this at a reasonable price. You would need to source a new receiver to complete job and reconnect the two existing fobs/remotes.

Need a carpenter to install 3 timber posts, planks (attached from garage to existing verandah) and connect strong wire from planks to house fascia to support grapevines. I've drawn a diagram.
