Need a QBCC licensed fencer to replace 10 m of boundary fencing from the rear of the property. This is a partial replacement of the whole fence which is about 28 m long. Specifications: Timber, butt to butt, 1.8 m high. Will need plinths for about 4 meters at the base of the fence because my neighbours shed and concrete slab are only about 10 cm from the boundary fence and this area collects rubbish. The old fence will need to be removed and disposed of so a cost for this is also required. Note that there is an incline from the rear of the property towards the front and the 10 m section for replacement is currently on some a retained section (I have included photographs from my neighbours side). It is much preferred if you can come on site to inspect and get an idea of the job because the quote is for a QCAT hearing scheduled for early September. I will need a Quote that is on business letterhead with contractor credentials, outline deposit, payment terms, any additional charges for delays, additional site visits etc must be identified and quantified. I need a small wooden gate installed at the base of a staircase, replacing a mobile dog gate. The gate must be wooden, white, with hinges that allow the gate to be taken off and on.
