Front Gate Post Installation – Fallen Gate Repair The gate brackets have come away from the brick pillars. The standalone brick pillar, approximately 160 cm long and 36 cm wide, appears to be loose, and there are also cracks on the opposite side of the pillar. The other side of the pillar is connected to the fence; however, it is not a retaining wall. Regarding the post, Not sure whether to install 2 new steel posts or repair and reinforce the existing brick pillars? Could you also please provide a cost estimate for the 2 options respectively and confirm whether any warranty is included with the repair work? Thank you.

Looking for a handyman or fencer to reinstall a timber gate with steel frame that was removed on side of our house for construction in the backyard. Hole for post is still there, gate still attached to post, latch still attached to externall wall of house. One missing panel that was damaged in the removal. Have purchased extra timber panels and timber rail just incase. Location is South MacLean 4280. Space is 2.8m wide. 1.8m tall.

Fence Post has rotted out at bottom and needs replacement. This is a support for the colourbond fence. Exact Job: Remove adjacent pavers to existing 3 Colourbond posts. approximately 250 x 250 area. Ground will need to be excavated approximately 600mm for new post to be installed. New 100 x 75 mm H4 posts to be installed in holes, plumbed up and concreted in. Trowel finish at base of posts to fill in missing pavers. Cut down appropriate lengths of galvanised threaded rod. drill 2 holes in timber post and existing colour bond post ( top and approximately 600mm up from ground.) Utilising m12 nuts and 50 x 50 galvanised washers. Bolt/washer either side of post, followed by plumbing up fence then using the same method nuts/washer to clamp in place.
