10m by 1.8m timber fence is wobbly and needs repair or replacement

The fence in the front yard has aged, leaning down and needs to be lifted and supported. We want a quick fix, nothing major( maybe a support stump, or something similar)

Looking for someone to remove this fence (and dispose) and rebuild it. Will need to completely rebuild, including digging in new posts. Price is for complete job: labour and materials and disposal of old fence . ***note: Currently the posts holes ahave concrete around them, however it might be better to swap the direction around so that the posts are on the opposite side of the fence and the new posts can be dug into grass/earth instead. It seems that the wooden fence was attached to the back of the garage by cement or some sort of bonding thing. After many winds it has come loose and now seems somewhat dangerous. I think a bolt or two into the brick would. Probably fix it. You can see in the photos the gap that appears during high winds.

I will need removing old pallings fence and new treated pine palings fence. 46 meters straight fence.pictures are available. Only one side need to be done. And fence will be 1950 mm high. Fence is border with the council. So council is gonna pay half and l pay half. I am not sure that council need to inspect fence or not when it is done. So it must be Australian standards.
