We’re hosting a relaxed engagement party at our home and are looking for two friendly, capable people to help on the day. Tasks include welcoming guests, pouring champagne on arrival, keeping drinks and ice stocked at a self-serve bar, grilling and circulating food, keeping shared areas tidy, and generally helping the event run smoothly. Dinner is fully catered separately. Experience in hospitality or events preferred. When: 3:00pm – 9:00pm Pay: $45 per hour via Airtasker People: 2 required

Event cleaners (1 cleaner during Fri-Sun 11am-5pm & 2 cleaners at night, 5pm-10pm) over 10 days (13-22 Feb 2026) at Jimmy Melrose Park, Glenelg South. Specific requirements: -Pre-event: 1 cleaner for 1h or so on Thu 12/2 to prepare: line and put bins in the right locations, making sure everything is clean and ready for opening on Fri 13/2. -1 cleaner during the weekend daytime 11am-5pm -2 cleaners for ALL other weekdays 5pm-11pm. -Post-event: 2 cleaners on Tue 24/2 12pm-3pm to do a final ground cleanup before handing the site back. -Tasks: replace/emty bins to the skip bins compound, public toilets cleaning (in addition to the council cleaners - more frequent (hourly) at night after 7pm), keep tables/event ground clean. - must have police clearance for all cleaners, own equipment and a minimum 98% completion rate. Confirmation will be towards late December or early Jan. There are possibilities for other events jobs for successfull awarded firm (Mar 2026).
