Looking for a reliable party helper for our Lee Civil yard launch in Yatala on Saturday, 5 September, from 3 –7 pm. Duties include clearing glasses, keeping the eskies stocked, tidying tables and the party area, and making sure drinks stay cold and available throughout the afternoon. We’re after someone friendly, proactive and happy to keep things running smoothly as we go.

I’m looking for a friendly, proactive party helper for a 50th birthday celebration in North Kellyville. We're hosting a birthday party at Luna Park Sydney and need help to make sure everything runs smoothly. We need 1 or 2 people who are organised and dependable. 📍 Luna Park Sydney, 1 Olympic Drive, Milsons Point NSW 2061 ⏰ Saturday 15 August, 2:00pm – approximately 5:00pm We'll have guests arriving for lunch at 3:30pm. Because we'll be on the rides at that time, we need someone on the ground ahead of the guests arriving to get the table set up and the food sorted. You are welcome to depart as soon as lunch starts. Meet us at the main Luna Park entrance (the big face gate) at 2:00pm, where we'll give you everything you need including cash to pay for the food order. From there, please head into the Hungry Horse dining area and find a table with enough room for 12. Getting to the table early is important as it can get busy on weekends. Once you've secured the table, please dress it up with the tablecloth and decorations we've provided, then head to the Hungry Horse counter to place the pizza order using the cash we've given you. We'll have the order written out so there's no guesswork. When the food is ready, you'd collect it and set it out on the table so everything is ready to go when the guests come over at 3:30pm. Once the guests arrive, you are welcome to leave. - Luna Park entry is free if you're not riding, so there's no cost to you to get in - Neat casual dress is fine PAY $40 per person per hour. The job is approximately 3 hours, so around $120 per person. We would be able to take on two people. We need someone who is good on the BBQ - cooking bacon & egg rolls & sausage sandwiches. We will also require finger food that's already prepared to be heated in the oven and put on the table. You would need to monitor the levels of food on the table and top up when required. No cleaning or other tasks needed, just the heating and BBQ cooking so we can be present for the party rather than cooking ourselves.
