Party Helpers Needed – Saturday 30 January 2027 We’re looking for 1–3 reliable people to help out at a private engagement party with approximately 60 guests. Date: Saturday 30 January 2027 Time required: 5:00pm – 9:00 pm (Party runs: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm) Pay: $120 per person for 4 hours We will have a bartender, so you will not need to make or serve drinks. The main job is simply helping us stay on top of food and general tidying so that we can actually enjoy the party. You’ll be given a clear list/timeline of jobs, for example: 6:15 pm – take sushi out of the fridge and put it out 6:30 pm – take skewers out of the fridge and serve 6:45 pm – take sausage rolls out of the oven and put them out Happy for one person to take the job alone, or this could be perfect for 2–3 friends, siblings or a couple who want to work together. For my wife's 40th birthday party, we're having a fairly low key gathering of around 20 or so family and friends (Adults and some young kids). The event is being held at her parents property and will be a buffet late lunch/afternoon tea.
