Continuous Tidying • Plate Run: Every 20 minutes, walk through the room to collect used napkins, plates, and glasses. • Bin Control: If the kitchen bin is 75% full, take it to the outdoor bins immediately so there is no smell/overflow. • Dishwasher: Keep the dishwasher running; wash "hand-wash only" items (like platters) so they can be reused. Final Wrap-Up • Pack any leftover food into Tupperware and put it in the fridge. • Wipe down all kitchen benches and the main food table. • Do a final sweep/vacuum of the main party area if needed.
