The cold tap in my en suite has recently stopped working. The hot tap still functions as it should but the cold doesn’t come out at all. The oven function trips the electricity.

Leaking tap in laundry that is connected to washing machine. Water is coming out from the tap area. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the connection of the hose. It seems to be an issue with the tap itself.

I have 3 separate plumbing related issues 1. Cold tap in bathroom sink leaking when in use (see photo), and causes vibration + noise at low pressure. 2. Shower 1 has low water pressure from shower head from cold tap only. Hot tap works fine. 3. Shower 2 is leaking water from shower head when taps are turned off.
