I need someone to remove approximately 4–5 old hedge stumps from my front yard. They are small to medium shrub stumps (not large tree stumps), but the roots are fibrous and need to be dug out properly. Access is easy from the front driveway, and there is plenty of space to work. You’ll need basic tools such as a mattock/pick, loppers or pruning saw, and a crowbar/pry bar. A stump grinder is not required. I just need the stumps dug out and removed from the ground. Our caravan roof is leaking small drops of water when it rains heavily. We tried putting duct tape but we can't locate the exact spot from where it's leaking from.

Our Philips Easy Key 7300 was installed incorrectly (not by us) and we need to have it switched around. The handles work in reverse so we just need the cable sorted as per Philips support: "This sounds like an installation issue where the lock components were installed backwards. Based on your Philips EasyKey 7300 manual, the normal operation should be: Outside: Requires PIN/fingerprint/card verification first, then press handle down to unlock Inside: Press handle down directly to unlock (when safe handle switch is on green) Your lock is doing the opposite, which indicates the handle direction wasn't properly adjusted during installation. The manual specifically mentions changing handle direction as a pre-installation step: Unscrew and remove the direction adjustment stand Rotate the handle 180 degrees Adjust the cable, put the stand back, and tighten screws"

I would like 5 A3 frames to be put up. They should be aligned and evenly spaced out, in a similar set up to these A3 posters up on the wall. I’ve already purchased black taps & spouts. I just need a plumber who has the tools & knowledge to change over my old ones to new ones in my laundry (1 spout & 2 taps), main bathroom (spout & 2 bath taps & 2 shower taps), and en-suite (2 shower taps only). Hubby tried but could only do a couple of mixers then gave up. I have no idea on cost for labour, so just putting $5, but you can guide me. I’m negotiable on the day, but ideally on the weekend or next week on Tuesday or Wednesday, as someone needs to be home from work.

I’m looking for someone with the know how to replace 2 timber stumps that have become loose and possibly 1 or two more to atleast re secure them to the existing bearers due to a lean. There are 2 areas of the house that has sunk and would like them lifted and made secure. Access for the first 2 is easy and pretty straight forward and the other is about 5 meters under the house. Access is good and there should be plenty of room to work with. The existing first 2 stumps measure just under 800mm (exposed). You will need to bring a Jack or mini prop of some sort and stump packers with you along with the rest of the gear you will need. (The first and 3rd photo show the next stump (with level) from the crawl space access just after the main 2 and the leaning stump is the one 5m in)
