Hi Steven, we have squeaky floors across many places upstairs through 4 bedrooms and a rumpus area. The floor is chipboard with wool carpet and underlay fitted. Approx 100 sq mtrs upstairs. Plus stairs. The home is approx 16 years old carpet is in good condition- mainly worn on the stairs. 1. We may get new carpet rather than refit the old carpet. 2. We want the squeaky floor fixed first. 3. How is the best way to do this? 4. When you pull up the carpet do we just roll it all up and then arrange installation of new carpet? 5. We are selling the house and will need to recarpet the entire upstairs and downstairs approx 200 sq mtrs. Is that something you can do as well? Please let me know what other details you need. I have an area of land behind my pool that needs to be completely transformed. It is approx 13.5 x 9.5m and there are some old concrete areas/bricks. Essentially I want to start over and will require the removal of approx 11 small stumps, remove all of the old bricks, shrubs, discard lattice, old trees. The large pieces of wood that you see are from a huge peppercorn tree that I got rid of. You can keep some of the wood and all of the bricks if you like. Once it’s cleared I want to plant new grass and perimiter trees.
