Hi, I need a handyman or plumber to fix two leaking taps in my home: Kitchen Sink: Modern mixer tap leaking from under the handle/base. Likely needs a new ceramic cartridge. Garden Tap: Standard brass tap dripping from the spout. Likely needs a new washer and reseating (or replacement if easier). Requirements: Please bring your own tools (shifter, reseating tool, etc.). I am happy for you to supply the parts (cartridge/washer) and I will reimburse you for the receipt, OR I can run to the nearby Bunnings (Ringwood/Wantirna) once you identify the exact cartridge size needed. Please have good reviews for plumbing/tap repairs.

There is a cracked floor tile and lose grout on the bath room floor. I want the tile replaced and complete floor regrouted. I am looking for a warranty again any water leak after the repair.

Leaking tap in laundry that is connected to washing machine. Water is coming out from the tap area. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the connection of the hose. It seems to be an issue with the tap itself.

I have 3 separate plumbing related issues 1. Cold tap in bathroom sink leaking when in use (see photo), and causes vibration + noise at low pressure. 2. Shower 1 has low water pressure from shower head from cold tap only. Hot tap works fine. 3. Shower 2 is leaking water from shower head when taps are turned off.
