I’ve already purchased black taps & spouts. I just need a plumber who has the tools & knowledge to change over my old ones to new ones in my laundry (1 spout & 2 taps), main bathroom (spout & 2 bath taps & 2 shower taps), and en-suite (2 shower taps only). Hubby tried but could only do a couple of mixers then gave up. I have no idea on cost for labour, so just putting $5, but you can guide me. I’m negotiable on the day, but ideally on the weekend or next week on Tuesday or Wednesday, as someone needs to be home from work.

Need plumbing work to fix the leaking cold water tap and loosen hot water tap in the laundry room. The picture has been attached.

I’m looking for someone with the know how to replace 2 timber stumps that have become loose and possibly 1 or two more to atleast re secure them to the existing bearers due to a lean. There are 2 areas of the house that has sunk and would like them lifted and made secure. Access for the first 2 is easy and pretty straight forward and the other is about 5 meters under the house. Access is good and there should be plenty of room to work with. The existing first 2 stumps measure just under 800mm (exposed). You will need to bring a Jack or mini prop of some sort and stump packers with you along with the rest of the gear you will need. (The first and 3rd photo show the next stump (with level) from the crawl space access just after the main 2 and the leaning stump is the one 5m in)
