Looking for a plumber to lift bath taps 200mm to suit a freestanding bath conversion.

Hi, I am writing to request a repair or replacement for our kitchen mixer tap, as it is currently dripping even when turned off. Please let me know if you are able to supply a new mixer, or if you would prefer that I supply one myself.

Looking for a plumber to do the following: -relocate bath mixer from left wall to back wall -relocated bath spout from hob to wall -move shower head on ceiling over 150mm -plumb a handheld shower head to right hand wall -plumb in drain on bathroom floor (bath is being ripped out and replaced with free standing bath, this will act as an overflow drain) For context bathroom is being demo’d and remodelled so tiles will be gone before you start

Access is only through front door so needs to be a have held machine but stumps are small to medium. The photos of the stumps are not taking well so I have put up photos of trees but these have all been cut to ankle height.

A section of one my bedrooms seems to have loose stumps / foundations below an area of carpet . The walls surrounding it now have significant cracks. Looking for a skilled builder to come and diagnose, assess and give me a quote to fix.

Needs someone easy to negotiate, patient and attention to details, as the space is tight and the building is heritage protected.

Washing machine drains too much power and trips when turned on. Suspecting a heating element issue or water leakage I tried draining and spinning seperatly and it works

Looking for a semi-permanent solution to securely block off two gaps on my apartment balcony so it’s safe for my dog. Ideally something simple, secure and renter-friendly.

Laundry taps needs to be moved lower as they are currently made for a top loader and now moving to a front loader, see image now and then also render to understand

I have taps to be installed on two sinks remove the old one and also install two bidets in two toilet

over head shower drips when hand shower is on. Tap some time leaks too. On flushing dirt is not completely gone.

Installation of flat pack

We have some capped off pipes and waste next to our toilet where we used to have a bidet. Looking to get a quote from a qualified plumber on installing laundry taps for the capped off copper pipes and any additional work required for the wastage to allow washing machine run off (either in the wastage where the bidet was or into the trap of the sink also in the water closet. There is low clearance between the pipes and ground - I will need guidance from someone qualified on what standards need to be met for laundry taps. I would prefer quote to be inclusive of supply of laundry taps, but if you need me to supply, let me know. I don’t care what they look like. Please if you provide a quote can you include the work included/provided so I have understanding of the effort involved!

Need done on Monday 18/5 (Today) Lower my laundry taps to be under benchtop, you’ll need to supply a new noggin and new taps that are slim to the wall to fit my washing machine/dryer in front of them. Please also supply the right fittings/crimps to the pipework no push fittings. Happy for Plukber to make a hole I’ll get it patched up later.
