4 leaky taps. 2 vanity

I recently had the wall mounted shower taps installed (the one shown in the attached photo). About one month after installation, the shower head started leaking even the taps were fully turned off. I have tried replacing the tap valves with several different types. Each time, the leak stopped for a few days, but then started again. I am looking for an experienced plumber to fix the leaking problem properly on site, rather than just replacing the valves again.

Looking for someone to remove & dispose of the 2 small tree stumps/root sections pictured. They have already been pulled out of the ground, so no digging or stump grinding is required. Happy for you to either: * Cut them into smaller pieces before removing them, or * Take them away as they are if you have a suitable vehicle/trailer. Easy access through the front yard.
