I have a covered veranda/porch with a corrugated roof. There appear to be gaps around the ends/joins of the roofing sheets, and water is getting through when it rains. I need someone experienced with roofing/veranda repairs to inspect the roof and identify where the water is getting through and properly seal/waterproof the gaps and joins

I have two washing-machine taps that protrude quite far from the wall. This prevents my stacked washer and dryer from being pushed further back. I’m looking for a licensed plumber who can advise whether these can be replaced with much more compact/low-profile washing-machine valves, preferably with downward or sideways hose connections. I need the existing pink/beige-coloured interior trims repainted white in the upstairs area of my home. The job includes approximately 3 upstairs bedrooms, the upstairs hallway, and the upstairs bathroom/toilet trim where applicable. I only need the coloured trims painted — mainly window surrounds/architraves, skirting boards and door frames. The walls and ceilings do not need painting. The existing carpet will remain in place during painting and will be removed afterwards, so minor paint marks right at the carpet edge are not a concern. Please still protect the surrounding areas as needed. The rooms will be empty with no furniture, so access to the trims should be straightforward. I will supply the paint and basic preparation materials, including sanding materials, filler and primer/undercoat if required. Please quote mainly for labour. I’m looking for two people to help unpack, move and set up a Reformer Pilates machine. The machine has been delivered in a large box/crate and weighs approximately 52 kg. The task will involve: * Unpacking/removing the reformer from the delivery box/crate * Carefully carrying the reformer upstairs (via stairs) * Moving it into the required room Two people are required due to the size and weight of the machine.
