Gaps in wooden floorboards to be filled.

Looking for someone with experience in caulking to finish the skirting boards throughout the ground floor and a room upstairs of our home. I was originally planning to do it myself, but I’ve been procrastinating, so I’d rather have a professional get it done properly. The job involves caulking the gaps between the skirting boards and the walls/floor to leave a neat, clean finish. Please see the attached photos for an idea of the work. We have a limited budget, but we’re happy to supply all required caulk and materials, so we’re mainly looking for labour.

Porch steps need to be rebuilt, there are only three. I also need the porch floor sanded and the panel across the top of the porch replaced with fresh timber.
