The washer/seal inside the tap needs to be replaced, so all you need to do is 1st make sure the main water to the apartment is turned off. 2nd- unscrew the middle cap on each tap handle.(usually there is a hot or cold symbol on it. 3rd- remove the handle. 4th- unscrew the steal rod out from the wall and there you will see a washer or seal. Take that to bunnings and they will show you which one to buy. 5th place it all back the same way you took it off.

Change washers on 2 taps on shower wall and I have the washers

The first blind will not roll up when the cord is pulled. It goes up a little when force is applied (It feels like it will break if I pull hard). It does roll down. It is in a difficult position above the kitchen sink. The second blind rolls down unless a clip is placed on the chain.

Rinnai continuous hot water system. B16. 7 years old. No hot water. Makes a clicking sound in unit when hot water activated. Rinnai phone tech says it’s probably a water flow issue. Not enough pressure to fire up the system or there’s a problem with the inhibitor on the unit. Unit was fine until we turned water off to replace meter box handle (no inhibitor in new handle). Unit hasn’t fired back up. Second photo could potentially be the problem Second job. Install bath taps and shower mixer that’s partly installed already shower mixer head already on it’s just the shower head. Have all the parts for that

My controllers are not connecting to the console.

Place 6 rat traps in the roof space (and check them a few days later). The manhole is small (300mm x 500mm) so this is not a job for a big person. You’ll need to know how to move about safely inside a roof without damaging the ceilings and air con unit etc. The roof is pitched but the traps need to be placed under the flat section of roofing at the rear of the house.
