We had a storm which took out al the power . This switch that turns on the fan on the gas fire Still won’t work ..the gas fire works and the fan works great but needs to be turned on manually so I need the side switch replaced ..

Existing is MR16 light with 70mm cut out with 12V cable. Would like to change to this kind of downlight (NLS 20405 | 20W downlight OR equivalent downlight with about 2000LM) with 150mm cut out. Require 4 downlight installation, please quote supply and install Otherwise, I can purchase these downlight from SparkyDirect for $27.45 each. Then please quote install only (downlight will be supplied but please bring other items like cable etc)

Electrician needed half of the house no power supply

Power went out in half of the house last night. Lights are still on, however 80% of the power sockets aren't working inside the house. One of the switches in the fuse box is turned off. I'm not able to switch it back on. We have got a small room with 4 dimmable ceiling LED lights. 2 out of 4 lights have stopped working. 1 of the 2 lights which don't work turns ON by itself randomly but it doesn't switch ON most of the times. Urgently need an electrician to fix an error during DIY renovation, we accidentally put a nail into the wire. We still have power, but worry about the safety.
