Find a sockets and switches installation professional in QLD

Hi - I have an outlet in the laundry that needs to be replaced back into spot, (I have the switch plate) 3/4 downlights that I cannot reach (do not have downlights) and 2 light switches that are not working, plus a ceiling fan installed in the bedroom - (fan in house) - so I need a licensed electrician. The switches and power points are old. Need it replaced all over the house (in & out). I believe it's around 35 power points.

I live in an apartment and the laundry light and exhaust fan are on the same switch, i.e. whenever you turn the light on the fan comes on. Well the exhaust fan seems to have died so rather than have it repaired and both of them remain on the same switch again, is it possible to have them on two separate switches. And cost please. I live on Kawana Island.
