I need two power points replaced in my unit. One is in the kitchen, where I accidentally broke the mounting plate/holder while unplugging a toaster. See first two photos. The second is an outdoor power point with a loose plastic housing, so I would like the entire unit replaced. See last photo. I have a new smoke alarm that needs to be installed, it us a wired smoke alarm without interconnections, just power.

Two light switches are broken and most likely need replacing, one is a 3 switch and one is a two switch.

Pretty straightforward; I have 6 power points I’d like upgraded from 2 sockets to 4, please. Concrete walls. Not sure if that’s relevant info but thought I’d throw it in there. I included a sample pic of a 4-socket power point I already have (it’s in my bathroom, hence the tiles). Would be good if they all looked like this. Please see pics, 5 out of 6 power points look identical to me. But one out of 6 is an oddball. Marked in pink in the pictures. Looks like an elevated box, whereas the other ones look flatter? Also need help installing a ceiling fan in my living room, please. Currently only have a light up there. I already have the ceiling fan, so no need to supply one.
