These are mostly installations of new lights that need to be done by an electrician. I have already purchased the new lights and switches that are required. 1) Remove and replace light in kitchen. 2) Remove and replace outdoor light at entrance. 3) Install bedroom light. 4) Remove fans in 2 bedrooms and replace with lights. 5) Replace switch in toilet. 6) Remove and replace outdoor sensor light. Wiring already present. - Stop antenna power (if power is present) and remove face plate / exposed wiring. - remove double PowerPoint and place it on the other side of the room (closest PowerPoint on the new side is the room sharing the wall) - no patch work required.
