I’m looking for a licensed technician to inspect and repair a split system air conditioner (Nexus KFR 60GW/T) that is operating intermittently. The unit sometimes turns on normally but at other times does not respond, and on a few occasions it has not switched off via the remote, requiring shutdown from the external power box. The remote control is brand new with new batteries, so the issue does not appear to be related to the remote itself. It may be a communication fault between the indoor unit and receiver, or a control board/electrical issue. Please provide availability and a quote for diagnosis and repair.
