Led downlights and plug bases will be supplied. Any tools or other materials required for the task must be brought by the tasker. Certificate of electrical safety upon completion is required. ******* Edit with more info in case this influences offers Roughly the breakdown is (based on my limited knowledge) 15 lights hole to be enlargened 37 new Light holes to be cut Not sure if this requires new circuits but 6 rooms currently use light fixtures not downlights) Please see photos of the current fixtures which are not existing downlights. Fyi, previous downlights were halogen with transformers. Also if the candidate is interested, we are also looking for a stovetop installation.
