Light circuit of the house needs checking and repair. Tripped a few times in wet weather.

Closet recessed light replacement - previous light is old and hard wired in (see attached pictures)- we think it needs to be rewired bc it’s all one thing and can’t find light.

Need a few old down lights repaired and / or replaced. 2 replace. 3 repair. ?? And other lights around house check to get good lighting for Real Estate showing. Need done asap. In Manly ( so best if you are local ). Not sure of cost / budget so can confirm when you attend.

I need to have some lights (see photo below) installed in my bedroom, one on each side of the bed. I also need a power point moved from beside my bed to behind my bed. And my daughter's ceiling light - that you pull a string to turn on - is no longer working so I'd love that fixed too. NOTE - there are not currently any lights in the wall next to my bed, so they will need to be installed in the wall. Not sure how long with might take, would appreciate your guidance.

Hi, I’m looking to replace around 25 PowerPoint and light switch facias in a 2 bed unit in Manly. The walls are painted so a replacement of the facias. They are mostly double sockets, some light switches and some old phone sockets that need a blank facia. We haven’t purchased replacements, so looking to switch out with a fresh facia. We can purchase for replacement or can discuss with you on a suitable replacement. Thank you
