Have had a fixed velux skylight installed VELUX FCM 2270 - 665 x 1885, the edges have been plastered since photo. However may need a small amount of no more gaps filler around small nail gun tacks, and a very light hand sand prior to painting (internal only , white). See pictures. Price is to include purchase of these materials (however if I find left over supply in garage prior to job, I will supply and not reduce price). I don’t want any splashes of paint on the window or surrounds. It is not a large job, but I am looking for someone who prides themselves in a great professional finish (we always have more work in future to offer)

Hi, Looking for a qualified electrician to install pendent light (photos attached). Its a 2 story house , there is around 1 ft (apx) gap in the attic, there are already down-lights installed in the kitchen so wiring is there, not sure if the same wiring can be used.
