I have two vintage lamps that need to be rewired to make them safe (they are easily 50+ years old) so I can use them and one floor lamp fixed that is not quite 10 years old that randomly stopped working recently (globe has been tested - it isn't the globe)

I have an antique table lamp that has a broken cord - the on/off switch no longer works.

I accidentally unscrewed the wiring inside a modern table lamp socket. The plastic holder isn’t cracked, no burn marks or melting, wires appear intact, just detached. The lamp is intact — it just needs the holder rewired and secured. I am in Burleigh and can drop it in to surrounding local areas. Standard screw bulb lamp holder — wiring came loose when the top was twisted
