Moved into a new flat in Abbotsford. I have 6 lights that are not working when globe is changed. They are pin-type downlights. When replaced, one made a click noise before breaking. Two bathroom fans also do not work. Edit: One fan and light shown. Switchboard shown. There are 6 lights not working in 4 different rooms.

Had installed about 20 wifi enabled double GPOs a few years back. Sadly, they didnt work as expected and now need to be changed back to the ordinary 2 gang vynco GPOs from beacon. Power Point Electrical lead was routed on outside of weather boards, now as weather boards are removed we want it routed in the wall (behind ply) scaffolding is up ready for the job to be completed
