Hi, I have an outdoor fan installed when house was new .. it doesn’t work and builder is not available to fix. I believe the cable needs to be found . I have a remote for the unit but doesn’t work. Also need electrician to fix my garage light sensor. which plays up and works whenever it wants to. Cash can be $60 an hour until fixed or flat price can be negotiated. Must know what they’re doing and experienced with feedback in order to get this job. Price listed is for 2 hours, any further hours will be $60 an hour cash. I’m guessing this could easily take 5-7 hours. Cheers

I have FTTP NBN with the NBN fibre box (NTD) located in the garage. Currently, my router connects via ethernet to a data point downstairs (study). I want to keep this existing downstairs connection and add a second Cat6 ethernet point upstairs so I can relocate the router out of a new nursery. Scope of work: • Run one additional Cat6 ethernet cable from the NBN box in the garage to an upstairs room • Install one ethernet wall plate upstairs • Keep the existing downstairs data point active • Terminate and test the new connection House is two storey. No NBN or ISP work required. Licensed cabler required.

One ceiling fan to be replaced with a new fan purchased. The fan speed setting stopped working a while ago, and removed the control from another fan and replaced, but still did not work. So will also require the control box returned to the other fan. Hope this makes some sence? The photo is the existing fan, the new fan is similar. The existing fan has been discontinued.
