I need a licensed electrician to remove a plug that is stuck inside a double power point (Clipsal, with switches) in my home in Armstrong Creek. The cord came off and the plug head is still stuck in the right-hand socket. I've tried pulling it out with the power off, but it won't come loose – it seems to be caught on the contacts inside, not the faceplate. The job: - Remove the stuck plug safely - Check the power point for heat damage - Replace the double power point if needed (please include the part in your quote) The outlet is currently switched off and not in use. It's easy to access, at normal height on an internal wall. Photos available. I'd prefer a fixed price for the whole job. Need to be done until Tuesday -30/09.

Need a sparky for a few minor home improvements: 1 - install a power point on the side of our kitchen island bench (power already runs to the island for a dishwasher in the middle). 2 - provide and install 4 down lights in the garage ceiling (already one light in the centre however it’s not bright enough, hoping to have these run off a separate switch right next to the first one). 3 - our garage and laundry appear to be connected to the same breaker switch and I need them separated as running appliances in both rooms at the same time trips the fuse.
