Work required: • Install 1 or 2 new double power points (GPOs) – exact number and wall locations to be confirmed on site • Install 2 x pendant lights (light fittings supplied by me). Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Westfield Castle Towers, to inspect and secure a loose downlight. The Issue: One of the recessed ceiling downlights located directly above our main customer display table has come loose and is sagging out of its ceiling cutout. While the light still functions, it is partially detached. The Job: The task is to safely access and re-secure the downlight so it is flush with the ceiling. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the ceiling above our central display island (an appropriate ladder/steps will be required). 2. Inspecting the downlight and the surrounding plasterboard. 3. Re-securing the fitting into the ceiling (adjusting or replacing the spring clips, or reinforcing the plasterboard edge if it has deteriorated). 4. Testing the light to confirm it is secure, flush, and working correctly. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools and a suitable ladder to work safely above our display table. - Ability to work cleanly and professionally in a retail environment. We have a 3 downlights out on our ceiling which is approximately 6-7 meters high from the ground. I need taster to supply downlights and have a long enough ladder to reach the lights.

We have repainted our house and we need the below installed: - light switches (replace old ones with new ones) - powerpoints (replace old ones with new ones, add a couple of new ones) - downlights (install new lights in lounge, dining, bedrooms and a couple of other places, ie, hallway, etc) - exhaust fan in bathroom - light on front porch (replace existing light) The property is a small three bedroom house. We will cover the cost of the equipment, ie, lights, switches, etc, or go to Bunnings and get it. We would like to pay for labour ideally between $60 - $90 per hour. Estimate there is around 10 hours worth of work.

I live in an apartment and need 6 kitchen down lights replaced with Philips Hue or equivalent smart lights which I will purchase and have ready to swap in. Pictures of the current light and power source are attached but I’m not quite sure which smart lights are compatible so any suggestions are welcome.
