Electrician: • Remove existing 90cm gas cooktop and install new 90cm induction cooktop (approx. 7–9kW single phase) • Install new dedicated circuit and hardwire induction cooktop (switchboard located approx. 15m from kitchen) • Remove existing 60cm electric built-in oven and install new 60cm electric oven (10A plug) • Remove existing wall-mounted rangehood and install new 90cm recirculating slide-out rangehood (existing powerpoint in overhead cabinet) • Connect new 60cm freestanding dishwasher (power available in cabinet next to dishwasher) Plumbing: • Disconnect and cap existing gas cooktop line (compliance certificate required) • Install 100cm flush-mount sink (sink supplied same as all the other appliances) • Connect dishwasher water and waste Switchboard is modern (63A single phase with spare breaker space).
