Find local smoke alarm installers in QLD

I have smoke alarms but they are from last century. I need someone to check my installed smoke alarms and if necessary replace to be compliant with legislation. Mine are already hard wired and access is very good.

i’ve got interconnected smoke alarms through my rental that need to be tested and one downstairs that won’t stop going off. it’s a two story old Queenslander; upstairs has pretty tall ceilings i can’t reach safely with my ladder.

I have three general jobs: 1) I have 7x smoke alarms that need to be installed in the ceiling. (There are lithium ion battery operated and do not need wire connections). The alarms can mostly be installed in-place of the old, wired alarms - please disconnect and remove the old installation plates in the ceiling. I'm not sure if patching is required. Please supply your own screws and wall mates as the screws supplied with the smoke alarms don't seem to be the right size. 2) There are 5 doors in the house which are not closing/latching properly. 4 of the doors are closing but just not latching easily. 1 of the door is not closing, the door grinds into the frame in one corner and gets stuck. 3)I have a heavy internal wooden sliding door which has a stopper in the runner above, but the stopper keeps coming close and the door keeps sliding out of position. Just need a solution to keep the stopper in place, maybe an extra screen through the runner.

Smoke Alarm Compliance Certificate - As per QLD legislation, a property is required to have all the smoke alarms at the property cleaned and tested within 30 days before moving in - certificate will also confirm property is compliant to current legislation.
